DuVall Elementary, initially constructed in 1921, sits on 1.6 acres of land.

With the 2026 transformational bond, the building would become a preschool through third grade school. Starting in fourth grade, DuVall students would transfer to the new Nowlin-Smith School building. DuVall would also be fully renovated.  Estimated renovation costs: $7,995,000. Note, the air-conditioning and new boilers were added to the building in recent years. For an overview, see the one-page flyer regarding DuVall.
