Dear DuVall Families,
Thank you so much for a wonderful year! Thank you also for the positives wishes, cards, and gifts you gave the teachers an me. We truly appreciate you an our partnership. A special thank you to Ms. Courtright, Mrs. Ranka, Mrs. Talluto, Mr. Dave, Mrs. Carol, Mrs. Jeta and mostly the parents that all worked tirelessly to prepare for 5th grade promotion. A huge thank you to the parents and students for the wonderful gift of our new community library! I was incredibly surprised and am thrilled! I can’t wait until we are able to have it set in place for our entire community to use. Due to construction and Mr. Dave’s schedule, it will probably become available early in the school year.

- If you are interested in one of our noon hour positions, you must first be hired as a sub. - Open House will be August 25. The time is TBD but it will be sometime between 12:00-3:00 and will last for 90 minutes. Class lists will be posted so you know which classroom to visit.

- Remember, your child should read everyday. They worked hard this year and we don’t want them to lose what they have gained. A recent study shows students can lose up to 40% of what they have learned if they are not reading or practicing any skills.
