THANK YOU Mrs. Ranka for organizing the Traverse City trip and Mrs. Morey for attending along with Mrs. Ranka. The kids had a wonderful time. Some of the kids’ comments were:

  • All and all the field trip was amazing and I hope to go on more like it in the future. – Alia
  • The fourth station was my favorite! We took some water that had plankton in it and put it under a microscope. – Nolan
  • In the Steering station, I got to steer the Schooner Ship! It was really fun. -Isaiah
  • We got to see tiny microscopic plankton right from the waters our boat was going through. It was so cool to see those little guys move! -Asher
  • In conclusion the boat trip to Traverse City was really fun because we got to hang out with our friends, we got to look at plankton that we collected, we got to look at fish, we got to learn about oxygen in water and turn colored water clear, we got to steer the ship, and do many more things. -Savannah
  • Wow,Wow, Wow! -Ellie
