Congratulations to DuVall Elementary students, parents, and staff. The hard work from all involved resulted in a second place finish for our school during the Fall portion of the Walk N Roll Challenge.
Starting the first week of December DuVall will be participating in its 27th straight Kids Heart Challenge (formerly Jump Rope for Heart). This event is a fundraiser and educational opportunity to teach our students about generosity/helping others for a good cause. The money we raise goes to the American Heart Association which is used for research and education of the warning signs of both heart attacks and strokes. Any student interested in fundraising will have the option of envelope collection or use of the American Heart Association website (more info. to come soon).
