Thank you to all the families that have picked up student belongings this past week. During this time, families have had some questions that I am hoping to answer in this blog post.
Most of the yearbooks have been distributed, but students who purchased pictures or a yearbook in Mrs. Grahl, Mrs. Ross, and Ms. Shapas’ class did not yet receive their yearbooks as they were received damaged. Our school should be receiving replacement copies soon and will contact families as soon as they arrive.
Due to the COVID 19 Shutdown, families who participated in Lego Club will receive a full refund. Also, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade families who paid for the Dogman Field Trip will also receive a refund as soon as we receive the refund from the theater company for all the classes that planned to participate in this field trip. The office staff and will contact families to pick up the refunds as we are hoping to have everything finalized within the next 2 weeks. We wanted to have the yearbooks and refunds available to families at the same time to avoid having multiple trips to the school to pick them up separately.
